In 1925, Giovanni Moretti established the Moretti Motor Company, a firm that crafted motorcycles using his own designs alongside those of other companies. The company also delved into producing microcars, electric-powered trucks, and electric cars during World War II. In 1953, they introduced the 750 model in various versions such as coupes, taxis, single-seat racing cars, and berlinas. However, the late 1950s saw a halt in car design and production, and by 1989, Moretti ceased all operations.
Now, turning to the Moretti Tour du Monde 750 coupe, it stands as one of only 9 meticulously handcrafted specimens and holds the distinction of being an exceedingly rare right-hand drive model. Following a careful restoration spanning 2 years at Classic Car Restorations, the coupe was revived to its original colors with rejuvenated leather upholstery. Though some minor mechanical enhancements were undertaken, its usage has been sparing.
The Ford Mustang stands as America’s iconic rear-wheel-drive V8 muscle car. A blend of sport, muscle, and everyday drive, it represents the pinnacle of American muscle car craftsmanship. While the early Mustangs hold historical significance, today’s technology far surpasses the standards of 1967. Our showcased Mustang integrates cutting-edge automotive knowledge into a retro masterpiece. Inspired by the 1960s models, this design marvel elegantly fuses vintage aesthetics with modern flair, surpassing the originals’ performance.
Fueled by a 5.0L V8 engine, the power seamlessly translates through the automatic gearbox. A tap on the pedal unleashes the 300-kilowatts of brut force, accompanied by a satisfying exhaust note. The car hugs the road with precision akin to tracks, as the V8 powertrain accelerates with authority. Inside, the snug interior captures the essence of the early Mustang’s youthful and optimistic spirit, while maintaining a comfortable fit. Driving this machine is an exhilarating experience, rekindling the joy of youth.
