Description
This 1990 Jaguar XJS V12 Convertible was delivered to its first owner in Durban on the 2nd of June 1990. This Jaguar has only 62823 kilometres on the clock and comes with all its original books and tools. This thoroughbred Jaguar replaced the E Type in 1975 and has its engine heritage development and design from the famous XJR9s racing supercar which won Le Mans and the 24h Daytona in 1988. The Marelli digital electronic ignition system makes for great starting and idling and allows the optional use of lead-free fuel. The XJS is finished in Cream with a beige leather interior. The hand polished walnut veneer enriches the centre console which upholds the Jaguar tradition of hand crafted luxury and relaxed comfort. This certainly is one of the most successful sports cars ever produced by Jaguar and belongs in a home that will bring memories along with its superior comfort and drive of the 1990’s
