The Porsche 356 is a classic German sports car that was manufactured by the Porsche company between 1948 and 1965. It was the company’s first production car amd was the start of the companies long and illustrious line of producing sports cars.

The 356 was created by Ferdinand Porsche, the founder of the Porsche company. The Porsche 356 is a rear-engine, rear-wheel-drive car with a lightweight body which is powered by flat-four engine, a four-speed manual and 4 speed transmission. It was an immediate hit amongst motoring enthusiasts and was noted for its performance and handling. The Porsche 356 is considered a true classic today and is a “must have” in any collection and is highly praised for its timeless elegance.

The 365B was introduced in September 1959 and continued production until September 1963 with early models being based on the T5 body type. It featured significant styling and technical refinements.

The example we have on offer presents superbly and has received a full bare metal nut and bolt restoration with no expense spared. This was done by a well-known and respected Porsche restorer. This is a magnificent example and is ready to be enjoyed and appreciated in its new ownership.
