1964 Chevrolet Belair

R525,000

1964 was commonly known in the history of Chevys to be the biggest and squarest of their car’s era. Conservatively styled, it wasn’t aerodynamic but outsold the previous year’s car by a wide margin. We love the Chevys from 1964 whether it’s an Impala, Chevelle or our 4 door Belair.

Which bring us to the car on hand. At first glance it looks stock, and you wouldn’t be wrong at saying that because she is just that with a couple of small upgrades that make her look and go well too.
Starting with the awesome Black paintwork that just suits the style of the car, showing off the long lines of the body. The bling work just breaks the color and compliments the whole design of the car. Then the 18inch resto-mod wheels completes the perfect look of the car.
But as a car lover and true driver you want to be inside the cabin of this 4-door sedan. And this is where things have changed at little from the standard car. Starting with the seats and door cards been wrapped in black leather and the roof lining in a soft black fabric giving the feeling that you are in a special place. Now that you are ready to roll and turn the key you will notice the mod cons of a new radio for your tunes, a USB Charging point to keep that Spotify running on those long road trips. But more importantly the gauges inform you of what is happening under the hood, water temp, oil pressure and that all important Volt meter keeping the battery charged to keep the motor and other functions alive.
Turn the key and the 350 Cu engine comes to life happily, and the upgraded Intake can carb add to a performance step up and enabling you to cruise comfortable as highway speeds. Keeping her cool is an aluminum radiator with electric fans. And the last upgrade under the hood is the Electronic Ignition making sure that you have a reliable spark at all times to burn that fuel and give you forward motion.
Now that we can drive, the ride is very smooth the V8 purring under the hood turn the auto box that just guilds threw the gears, turn this whole machine into a magic carpet with the 60’s suspension adding to this luxury of a Belair.
We could go on for days about how great this Bel is but let us stop telling and advise that you come in and try it for yourself. We are looking forward to putting you behind the wheel of this amazing American Classic

Interesting trade-in’s will be considered.
