The Mustang is the benchmark for what most people call a muscle car and that can especially be said about the 69/70 shape which became true “Muscle Cars”. This particular car has had a lot of money spent on her including a fully rebuilt motor as well as a lot of new suspension and other parts. I would think the car needs a nice set of wheels but that can easily be sorted. The car is priced to sell and you would be getting a bargain Fastback for Coupe money.
