When Italians sit down at a design board, they seem to create pure automotive magic, so when they sat down to create the Alfa Romeo Spider 2000 in the 1970’s it is no surprise what came out is probably one of the prettiest sports roadsters. The Spider 2000 ‘s were modified in 1974 and 1975 respectively to include two small seats behind the front seats. In 1974 and 1976, the early-style stainless steel bumpers stopped production and was replaced with black rubber-clad units.

This Spider 2000 is a solid example of a beautiful roadster, has a well-trimmed interior in a black leather matched with a wooden steering wheel and comfortable seating which is presented in great condition with the door cards matching. Filled with Italian flair it could be one of the best classic car interiors you could find. Moving to the exterior we find her presented in a striking red paint with the black canvas soft-top in immaculate condition.

Fitted with 2.0L engine and a five-speed manual gearbox this fisty car is ready to get going and makes a wonderfully engaging drive. As a genuine two-owner car she has been cared for well, with the last owner, owning her for over 20 years. The Alfa in question has just had a bare metal respray and a full mechanical refresh meaning it’s a get in and drive not having to spend type of car.
