TVR Manufacturing Limited was founded in 1946 but Trever Wilkinson and co-founder Jack Pickard in Blackpool the United Kingdom. There focus was to build High-End Sports cars and offer a range of Coupes and Convertibles,
In the 90s the TVR with the Chimaera, Griffith and Cerbera were Iconic British Sportscars and great Grand Tourers which turned heads and still does today.

Chimaera was produced from 1992 to 2003 and built 5256 vehicles in its run, using the Rover V8 engine with a displacement ranging from 4.0L to 5.0L. The engine was mated to a 5spd manual gearbox. With our 4.0L the Specs were 0-60 mph in 4.7secs and a top speed of 158mph (254Km/h). And still today our Chimaera feels spritely and ready to run.

Once you entered the car things are very unconventional but not unfamiliar, Indicators and wipes are where you think they would be as well as the radio, and that where is ends. The lights are on push buttons on the dash, the doors open on a twist dial in the centre console and the electric window buttons are hidden. The simplest thing is most likely to remove the semi-hardtop that will fit in the boot of the car for some great open-top motoring and the raw of the V8 note.

Our example is dark burgundy in colour with a two tan leather interior and wood grain dashboard.
She has Alloy wheel as a standard option as well as a Stainless-steel exhaust.

All round she has seen some good times for her age but she is very spritely and will standout at any car show and she is looking for a new home, to deliver her passion and smile to the new owner.
